Does not matter if it is an oil change or a major collision repair (I've had both this year), Crestmont obviously places high value on their customers. Their commitment to excellence does not end with the sale, and I will not buy a car from any other dealer.
I have a part that was not even put back on my car. It was left under my hood on the wiper cowl just sliding around. The last two times I brought my car there they have caused additional damage to my car! These so call mechanics they have are hacks!
I came in for an oil change, filter and lube. I had checked Crestmont email specials (10% off), and the website ($39.95 oil/filter/lube & $50 synthetic oil, filter, lube, tire rotation). Since I just had new tires installed (elsewhere) the service guy told me the $39.95 was the best deal. But the final charge was $49.49 which included tax on $77.32 worth of charges that included an additional shop charge of $3.35 - and then took off $34.02 to make the deal. It's not a lot of money (Hey - I drive a Caddy!), and it is still not a bad deal, but it is misleading advertising. The cost should have been $43.15 ($39.95 + tax).
I came to Crestmont because my car is under an extended warranty and I wanted to trust the work. Which was done. But you didn't charge what you advertised. Everyone was nice, and the work was completed quickly. But I left feeling annoyed -
- not a great result for what's supposed to be a premium operation.
