Regen On Demand & One-Pedal Driving Features
Regen On Demand
Operated by the driver using a pressure-sensitive paddle located alongside the steering wheel, this revolutionary technology gives you the ability to slow down or even bring your Escalade IQ to a complete stop. While braking, this kinetic energy is recaptured and stored in the form of electric power within the onboard battery pack to be developed at a later time.
One-Pedal Driving
Using just the accelerator, the Cadillac Escalade IQ can gradually brake or even arrive at a full stop. Similar to Regen On Demand, the stored electric power within the battery pack can be activated at a later time for improved efficiency.
