As you can see, there is quite a wide variety when it comes to size in the Cadillac SUV lineup. There are also a few models that have other models that are very similar in size. A lot of this is because Cadillac offers both conventional and electric models, giving customers the choice when it comes to propulsion, rather than forcing a decision based entirely on size. Of course, this only gives you a general idea of how the SUVs compare to one another. We’re going to have to get a lot more detailed to show all of the relevant information.
2025 Cadillac XT4 Size

| Length | 180.9 inches |
| Wheelbase | 109 inches |
| Height | 64.1 inches |
| Width | 83.5 inches |
| Ground Clearance | 6.7 inches |
| Front Headroom | 39.4 inches |
| Rear Headroom | 38.3 inches |
| Front Legroom | 38.3 inches |
| Rear Legroom | 39.5 inches |
| Cargo Space Behind 2nd Row | 22.5 cu ft |
| Cargo Space Behind 1st Row | 48.9 cu ft |
The XT4 might be the smallest Cadillac SUV, but as you can see, it’s still plenty roomy. The XT4 is built to give you the full Cadillac experience in a practical size for city living. Cadillac thought of all the details as well, and the compact size pairs with a high driving position, so that you can more easily see your surroundings as you negotiate any tight spaces. You can still fit 5 people in the XT4 comfortably, though, as the XT4 has more interior space than competing models.
2025 Cadillac XT5 Size

| Length | 189.6 inches |
| Wheelbase | 112 inches |
| Height | 66.1 inches |
| Width | 74.9 inches |
| Front Headroom | 39.7 inches |
| Rear Headroom | 38.4 inches |
| Front Legroom | 41.2 inches |
| Rear Legroom | 39 inches |
| Cargo Space Behind 2nd Row | 30 cu ft |
| Cargo Space Behind 1st Row | 63 cu ft |
When you want a bit more space than you get in the XT4, but still want the practicality of a compact SUV, the XT5 hits that sweet spot. With a bit more headroom and front legroom, the XT5 is the taller person’s compact SUV. It’s also well-suited to road trips, thanks to its class-leading cargo space. And since this is one of the few compact SUVs available with a V6 engine, it can also tow up to 3,500 pounds, another standout in this class.
2025 Cadillac XT6 Size

| Length | 198.5 inches |
| Wheelbase | 113 inches |
| Height | 69.9 inches |
| Width | 77.3 inches |
| Ground Clearance | 6.65 inches |
| 1st Row Headroom | 39.8 inches |
| 2nd Row Headroom | 39.1 inches |

| 1st Row Legroom | 41.2 inches |
| 2nd Row Legroom | 39.1 inches |
| 3rd Row Legroom | 29.5 inches |
| Cargo Space Behind 3rd Row | 12.6 cu ft |
| Cargo Space Behind 2nd Row | 43.1 cu ft |
| Cargo Space Behind 1st Row | 78.7 cu ft |
The XT6 is a midsize SUV, and Cadillac’s smallest three-row model. The XT6 is the perfect solution for those who have only the occasional need for seven seats and don’t want to have to get something as large as an Escalade in order to have them. And when you don’t need the extra seats, they fold down to provide excellent cargo space. The smaller size also means more carlike handling compared to the bigger three-row, which is always a big plus.
2026 Cadillac OPTIQ Size

| Length | 190 inches |
| Wheelbase | 116 inches |
| Height | 64.7 inches |
| Width | 84 inches |
| Ground Clearance | 6 inches |
| Front Headroom | 39.6 inches |
| Rear Headroom | 38.7 inches |
| Front Legroom | 41.6 inches |
| Rear Legroom | 37.8 inches |
| Cargo Space Behind 2nd Row | 26 cu ft |
| Cargo Space Behind 1st Row | 57 cu ft |
The OPTIQ is the smallest electric Cadillac model. While those who want serious performance will opt for the OPTIQ-V, the standard version is still plenty powerful and made for driving fun. The small size helps with that, although there is still plenty of interior space, thanks to the space freed up by the more compact electric drivetrain. Practical in the city and a joy on a twisty mountain road, the OPTIQ packs a lot of enjoyment into a compact package.
2026 Cadillac LYRIQ Size

| Length | 196.7 inches |
| Wheelbase | 122 inches |
| Height | 64.3 inches |
| Width | 86.9 inches |
| Ground Clearance | 7 inches |
| Front Headroom | 38.6 inches |
| Rear Headroom | 37.7 inches |
| Front Legroom | 44.3 inches |
| Rear Legroom | 39.6 inches |
| Cargo Space Behind 2nd Row | 28 cu ft |
| Cargo Space Behind 1st Row | 60.8 cu ft |
The LYRIQ was the first electric Cadillac model, and was made to be a technological showcase for the brand, and GM in general. The design is futuristic and elegant, offering a lot of interior space to go with the high-tech luxury throughout the interior. And even with the fashionable sloping roof in the back, there is still a lot of cargo space. No sacrificing function for form with the LYRIQ. The LYRIQ-V offers the same dimensions, but with a side of unbelievable performance to go with them.
2026 Cadillac VISTIQ Size

| Length | 205.59 inches |
| Wheelbase | 121.81 inches |
| Height | 71.02 inches |
| Width | 86.73 inches |
| Ground Clearance | 7.24 inches |
| 1st Row Headroom | 40.91 inches |
| 2nd Row Headroom | 38.98 inches |
| 3rd Row Headroom | 39.56 inches |
| 1st Row Legroom | 43.5 inches |
| 2nd Row Legroom | 40.16 inches |
| 3rd Row Legroom | 30.63 inches |
| Cargo Space Behind 3rd Row | 15.2 cu ft |
| Cargo Space Behind 2nd Row | 43 cu ft |
| Cargo Space Behind 1st Row | 80.2 cu ft |
The VISTIQ is Cadillac’s electric three-row SUV, and much like the other EV models in the Cadillac lineup, it is slightly bigger than its gasoline-powered counterpart. That means the VISTIQ has a roomier interior than you would usually expect from a midsize SUV, which is especially important for anyone sitting in the third row. But despite this larger size, the VISTIQ is incredibly quick, and provides surprisingly nimble handling.
2025 Cadillac Escalade Size

| Length (ESV) | 221 inches (226.95 inches) |
| Wheelbase (ESV) | 121 inches (134 inches) |

| 1st Row Headroom | 42.3 inches |
| 2nd Row Headroom | 38.9 inches |
| 3rd Row Headroom | 38.2 inches |
| 1st Row Legroom | 44.51 inches |
| 2nd Row Legroom | 41.75 inches |
| 3rd Row Legroom (ESV) | 34.9 inches (36.75 inches) |

The Escalade is the flagship SUV for Cadillac, and is actually available in two different sizes. There is the “standard” Escalade and the bigger Escalade ESV, which has a longer wheelbase and longer overall length. Most of the extra length is used to give you a lot more cargo space, but a bit also goes to extra third-row legroom. Whichever version you choose, the Escalade is as spacious and luxurious as it gets.
2026 Cadillac Escalade IQ Size

| Length (IQL) | 224.3 inches (228.5 inches) |
| Wheelbase | 136.2 inches |
| Height (IQL) | 76. inches (78.4 inches) |
| Width | 94.1 inches |
| Ground Clearance | 6.9 inches |
| 1st Row Headroom | 43.5 inches |
| 2nd Row Headroom (IQL) | 39.9 inches (40.62 inches) |
| 3rd Row Headroom (IQL) | 37.2 inches (38.18 inches) |
| 1st Row Legroom | 45.2 inches |
| 2nd Row Legroom | 41.3 inches |
| 3rd Row Legroom (IQL) | 32.3 inches (36.73 inches) |
| Cargo Space Behind 3rd Row (IQL) | 23.6 cu ft (24.2 cu ft) |
| Cargo Space Behind 2nd Row (IQL) | 69.1 cu ft (75.4 cu ft) |
| Cargo Space Behind 1st Row (IQL) | 119.1 cu ft (125.2 cu ft) |
The Escalade IQ breaks convention and shares a name with its gasoline-powered counterpart. It also comes in two sizes, with the longer variant carrying the name Escalade IQL. The Escalade IQ is built on an entirely different platform from the conventional Escalade, so while the dimensions are similar, none are identical. There is also greater variation from the Escalade IQ to theIQL than there is with the conventional Escalade and ESV. But no matter what is propelling it, any vehicle carrying the Escalade name is going to take luxury to the next level.
