I was extremely pleased with my experience at Crestmont Cadillac and with Alex Nolan. From the beginning, I was upfront about my approach to buying a new vehicle—no haggling, no back-and-forth, and no “let me check with my manager.” I simply wanted the best out-the-door price on the first try. Alex directed me to Mike Smith my sales associate and he was straightforward and transparent with me, and because of that, I purchased a new Cadillac. The experience was so smooth and professional that I had no hesitation driving two hours to pick it up. I highly recommend Crestmont to anyone looking for a stress-free car buying experience!

Stephen C. was great! We drove 6 hours from
VA after being in contact with him over 3 weeks. He answered all of our questions and concerns and yesterday we drove off the lot with the Lyriq. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this dealership. Also you can tell the atmosphere in this dealership is amazing. While we waited to fill out the paperwork everyone who walked by was friendly and with great energy. The GM (I believe that was his title..sorry) offered our 8 year old daughter a doughnut with sprinkles as soon as we got there. Stephen and everyone made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed from water, phone charger, to offering the massage chair. Definitely a 10/10 experience! Definitely worth the 6 hour drive.

Dave and his manager were absolutely wonderful! They made car shopping feel like a breeze – no pressure, just friendly faces and helpful advice. None of that typical pushy car salesman stuff here! I did an out of state purchase. I called and Rob Pilch answered back and he answered back right away. Even though i was out of state he made everything very simple. Every question i had he would answer right away. I felt thankful i got Rob to help me out. I knew what i wanted but Rob did great throughout the process. I didnt get added extra services or fees which i greately appreciate. He is a awesome sales person and i would definately do business with Rob Pilch and Crestmont Cadillac Dealer again.
